Traffic Data
We collect information about the source of our visitors, and the pages they visit within our site. This information helps us to improve our site, as we learn where visitors go and what they do.
We collect the visitor's domain name, referral data (ie. the last address a user visited before this site), as well as browser and platform type (e.g., a Microsoft browser on a Macintosh platform). We also count, track, and aggregate the visitor's activity into our analysis of general traffic flows at our sites, to identify most useful sections of the site.
IP addresses may be logged to track a user's session. An IP address is the unique numerical identity of your computer. When we 'log' an IP address, it means that our Web site associates a visit or series of visits to that unique numerical identity. This information is not forwarded to any third party, nor stored within our system.
Emails
We seek email addresses for site feedback, on going communication with participants and general business development. Email addresses will not be forwarded to any third party without express permission. You will be given the option to receive emails; at each mailing you will also be given the option to unsubscribe.
Cookies
We also use cookies in order to assist in aggregate statistical analysis and sometimes to customise the site for faster use. Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to determine the actual identity of users. Once you have left the site, the cookies are also deleted, no record is kept of them.
Unsubscribe
At the bottom of every newsletter you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
